At The Paratha & Ready Bites we always aim to deliver fresh, high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you may request a return as per the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return only if:

  1. The product is damaged or leaked on arrival
  2. You received the wrong product
  3. The product is expired at the time of delivery

Note:

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Opened or used food items
  2. Change of mind
  3. Taste preference issues

2. Return Request Timeline

  1. Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. After 48 hours, we cannot process any return.

3. Proof Required

To process your request, please share:

  1. Order ID
  2. Clear photo/video of the product issue
  3. Packaging photo

4. Return Process

Once we verify the issue:

  1. We may arrange a pickup (where applicable)
  2. Or offer a replacement
  3. Or provide store credit/refund depending on the case

5. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Opened, used, or partially consumed foods
  2. Discounted or promotional items
  3. Items damaged after delivery
