1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return only if:
- The product is damaged or leaked on arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired at the time of delivery

We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used food items
- Change of mind
- Taste preference issues
2. Return Request Timeline
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- After 48 hours, we cannot process any return.
3. Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
- Order ID
- Clear photo/video of the product issue
- Packaging photo
4. Return Process
Once we verify the issue:
- We may arrange a pickup (where applicable)
- Or offer a replacement
- Or provide store credit/refund depending on the case
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed foods
- Discounted or promotional items
- Items damaged after delivery
