Cancellation Policy

At The Paratha & Ready Bites, we try to process orders quickly so customers receive fresh products on time. Please read our cancellation rules below:

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

1. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
2. After 1 hour, the order may already be packed or dispatched, so cancellation may not be possible.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

1. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. You may refer to our Return Policy if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

3. Prepaid Orders

1. For cancelled prepaid orders (within allowed time), the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Company Cancellation Rights

We may cancel an order if:

1. Product is out of stock
2. Incorrect pricing or listing error
3. Delivery location is unserviceable
4. Payment verification fails

A full refund will be issued in such cases.
